Our Distance Learning online Dog Grooming Level 3 course will teach you grooming techniques for dogs, and explain the different grooming styles suitable for each breed.
You’ll study dog anatomy, practical considerations and how best to handle your ‘clients’ during the grooming process. This will include pet personality traits, which will help you put animals at ease during their grooming session and allow you to detect any physical or behavioral problems.
With all the knowledge of the animals and the grooming styles and techniques, you’ll be able to quickly and efficiently achieve professional pet grooming results.

Included with this courses is a Mains operated Dog Trimmer, Instructional grooming DVDs and dog grooming manual providing step-by-step instructions on complete grooming for 164 dog breeds and varieties.

There are no previous entry requirements for this course, however students are expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy.
You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 24 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.

The only other fee you will need to pay is for your exams which is due approximately six months prior and this will be paid directly to the exam centre.
You must successfully complete a series of assignments. Once all assignments and activities have been completed satisfactorily, you will then be awarded your certificate. The good news is, there is no final exam.
You will have dedicated Tutor Support for 12 months. All assignments are marked by one of our professional Tutors who will offer regular feedback and guide you through your course. You must have access to email in order to contact your Tutor.
You will be provided with the telephone number for your dedicated Student Support Team who will be available for any other queries that you may have whilst completing your course.
