Find an Examination Centre

How to enter an exam

You would normally book your exams approximately 6 months prior to the exam series you want to attend.  This would help you avoid late deadline fees and also secure a place.  Therefore if you are sitting exams in June, it would be ideal to have them booked by January.

Our student liaison officer will be able to provide you with information on nearby centres for you to contact and arrange your exams through.

When booking exams, you will need to give the following information to the exams officer:

  • personal information (including full contact details)
  • full name and date of birth which is verifiable by birth certificate, passport or driving licence (with photo)
  • evidence of your identity
  • details of units, options and awards that you wish to enter for
  • if appropriate, details of any coursework units and completed

Remember to:

  • let the exams officer know if you need any special access arrangements ensure that your entry is complete, otherwise you could experience delays in acceptance
  • contact the exams officer if you have any queries about your exams entry.

You must pay any fees due at the time you make the entry.
