The Office Management Level 3 course will provide you with a good foundation in order to become an effective office manager. You will cover the core responsibilities of the role including maintaining a productive office environment, use technology efficiently and understanding the skills needed for success.
You will cover customer complaints and how to meet the needs of new customers/clients. You will also learn how to manage others in doing so. The course covers managing teams, recruitment, performance and training. You will learn about health and safety rules. Equality and handling customer data.
The modules for this course will give practical, real-world knowledge that will prepare you to take on leadership roles confidently. You will be well-equipped to handle the many responsibilities of office management.
With experience and training you could take on more responsibility for managing projects, or provide cover for senior management duties.
Other career options include moving into buying and procurement, financial management, business development and operations management.
You do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience to take this course. It is openly available to anyone who wishes to take part in a highly rewarding home study course, although you would be expected to have a reasonable standard of literacy.
You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration with the full support of your Tutor.
The syllabus consists of six modules which are as follows:
You must successfully complete a series of assessments. Once all assessments and activities have been completed and you have met the required outcomes, you will then be awarded your certificate. The good news is, there is no final exam.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Quality License Scheme and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course). Learn Now Distance Learning College is a reseller for OSC.
