Unit 4: Different teams
- Explain what is meant by the term ‘a visionary leader’
- Discuss what is meant by the term ‘an engaging leader’
- Evaluate the relationship of effective and efficient leading
- Outline methods of engaging with others in the team
Unit 5: Leading through change
- Outline key methods for leading different teams
- Describe how you would approach working with a virtual team

Unit 6: Good practise principles

You must successfully complete a series of assessments. Once all assessments and activities have been completed and you have met the required outcomes, you will then be awarded your certificate. The good news is, there is no final exam.
Course Outcome
